Do you have experience managing Mobile Engineers? Are you looking for an autonomous role where you will play a key role in the success of the service & installation department?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will manage the engineering/service operations of the company, overseeing a team of over 150 people with around 20 direct reports with the chance to further grow and develop.

Based from home, your role will be split between visiting client sites and Engineers, mentoring & developing the team as well as carrying out audits on contracts, with the chance for career progression.

The company are a specialist energy company and have built a fantastic opportunity for a motivated candidate to come in and put their own stamp on the department.

This position would suit somebody with experience of managing Service Engineers looking for a new challenge and development opportunities.
