at Honeywell, in Scotland, where you will be responsible for managing a field
service engineering team, providing best in class service to a varied customer
based and maximizing growth opportunities for new product offerings. This is a
hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model with an expectation of travel to customer sites up

Key requirementsAct as a mentor to train and develop future managers, engineers and apprentices to drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly-effective teamHelp Honeywell be the customer's top choice by improving upon the Customer & Product Support functionLiaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities whilst championing customer retention ensuring contract renewal opportunities are managed effectivelyAchieve working capital targets by resolving debt issues on time and ensure cash collection targets are metUtilise built knowledge of Honeywell products to build a team focused on innovation and customer satisfaction with a focus on the remote connection and analytics of data for contracts, while ensuring cyber security is in placeKey skills and qualificationsExperience of effectively managing a team of engineers and managing change within a team, long with performance and development of team membersA background within a customer facing environment and managing larger sized accountsGood communications skills with the ability to influence at varying levels across the organization and a strong customer focusUnderstanding of Profit & Loss responsibilities along with a good track record of working to KPI’s and forecastsIndustry related experience within BMS/Controls engineering with exposure to cybersecurity with be advantageousOur offerA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationMarket specific training and on-going personal developmentCompetitive Salary and benefitsOpportunity to join a fast growing ever changing Global organization providing world class products and services to our customersWe
