Field Service Executive

Central/South- field based role - Mon - Fri 37.5 hoursThe Executive Network Group is currently recruiting for a Field Service Executive responsible for maintaining and growing a network of cooperative drop points within the Central belt to maximise the recovery rate and minimise the loss rate of pallets. This is a permanent position and the right candidate will need to hold a valid driving license.The Main Responsibilities:- Carry out audits at their geographical drop points- Able to navigate and manage a CRM system- Liaise closely with the collection and operations team- Build, maintain strong relationships with drop points in order to influence asset collection and recovery solely based on good will- Investigate the reasons why under-performing drop points are losing pallets and try to find the best solution to resolve the issueThe Suitable Candidate:- Able to manage difficult situations- Able to build and maintain relationships- Show initiative and continuous improvement- Great communication- Enjoys the travel aspect- Drivers License requiredIf you are interested in the Field Service Executive role, please apply or share your CV with
