Field Service Engineer

Cambridge – Field Service Engineer – Up to 45k DOE

I am working with a company who designs and manufactures high end equipment. Their products are used globally and are used in a range of industries from industrial to surveillance applications. They are now looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer role will be to support the company’s products in the field.

Responsibilities:

• logical fault diagnosis of electro-mechanical systems


• Remotely troubleshoot customers issues


• Deliver operation and maintenance training on the company’s products.

Requirements:

• HNC or above in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical engineering


• Previous experience in international servicing and commissioning activities, preferably in an industrial environment.


• Good general I.T. skills are mandatory.


• A willingness to travel worldwide
