Field Maintenance/Service/Repair Technician/Engineer, to £38k + Company Car, Laptop, Mobile Phone

 

My client is presently seeking to recruit an experienced Konica Minolta trained Field Service/Print Production Technician, to cover their client based in the South of England Region, the ideal person will be based in or around Oxfordshire or Reading area.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending pre-arranged customer visits and providing a high quality and professional technical service. This will include the installation, maintenance, identifying and resolving/repairing technical faults Print / Document Imaging Equipment (Commercial/Industrial Printing Presses) and ensuring customers receive a satisfactory service in line with the agreed service level agreement and whist complying with H&S and company policies and procedures.

 

You will be working independently although you will be supported by the office and fellow Engineers/Technicians are only a phone call away for any advice or to runs ideas past.

There may also be times when you will need to attend to company's offices in the Midlands for Meeting and/or Refurbs in the Workshop.

 

This role will require proactive and hands-on approach and you must be confident in dealing with customers face to face and have an analytical mind set with excellent organisational skills.


Requirements:

· Excellent knowledge of electrical/mechanical engineering.

· Must have networking knowledge.

· Print production with Firey experience is essential.

· Proven Fault finding techniques.

· IT literate.

· Full UK Driving Licence Essential.

 

You must be UK based and live within a commutable distance of the where the position is located.
