Salary: £38k - £40K

nGenium’s new client an industry specialist providing biological safety and clean air technologies are in an exciting period of growth. This client has a new opportunity for an experienced laboratory service engineer to join their expanding engineering team in the North East. 

In this Field Service Engineer position you can expect:

• Advanced training on their full range of products to be able to service and repair them to various standards. 
• Carrying out installations, servicing, maintenance, commissioning and documentation of in house and third party products.
• Providing customer support and training 

A suitable field service Engineer would need:

• Full UK Driving License
• Technical qualification in electrical engineering
• HNC or above in engineering, biomedical or related field
• 2 + years experience in a field service role with the medical or laboratory industry
• Experience working on Bio cabinets, fume cupboards and other lab technology. 
• Desirable: P601, Ki Discus, DOP testing
