Field Service Engineer

Salary:£40k - £44k + Bonus + Vehicle + OEM Training

Location: Cambridgeshire 

A valued partner of nGenium are looking to grow their engineering team and so have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to contribute to the service, repair, preventative maintenance and testing of an outstanding range of Labs devices. They are a leading Life Science technology company with a global prescence, innovative technology and excellent progression routes. 

In this Field Service Engineer role you can expect:

• Conducting servicing and repairs on a diverse array of equipment.
• Crafting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) test protocols.
• Continuous learning and development as well as high quality manufacturer training on an impressive range of labs devices.
• Installing new equipment at various sites and providing operator training.

A suitable Field Service Engineer would need:

• A minimum of HNC or degree in electronics, mechanical engineering or similar field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a field service engineer position within a labs or clinical setting
• Knowledge of Liquid Handling, automation, medical diagnostics, chromatography
• Full UK driving License and right to work.
