Site Visits: the focus will be around M25, or within 1h drive from the office, possible a longer distance for bigger projects.

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. Annual Leave: 32 days holiday (including Bank Holidays and Christmas break).

Field Sales Representative - Job Purpose:

Being a key member of our Sales Team to drive sales and achieve company goals by attracting new customers to the company, building and nurturing relationships with them. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
This role requires an understanding of the steel structures, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role will be focused on generating leads through site visits and cold calling.

Field Sales Representative - Job Duties:
• Building strong relationships with potential and existing customers via telephone conversations, emails, and meetings in our office.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and site visits.
• Cooperate with an estimator to negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Looking for new solutions in business development, new ideas for increasing potential leads, and getting new customers onboard.
• Answering incoming calls during the day.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, design, and production, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our steel fabrication products and services.

Field Sales Representative - Skills and Qualifications:

Desirable qualifications and experience:
