Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Location: Colchester, Essex
Basic Salary: £24,000 - 40-Hour Contract
OTE: £26,000 - £70,000 +
Shift and schedule: 10 am - 8 pm Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting door-to-door sales activities.
• Converting prospects into satisfied customers.
• Meeting sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Acting as a brand ambassador during customer interactions and presentations.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer accounts.
• Providing insightful feedback and reports to management.

Successful Applicant:

• Minimum age of 18, as you will be handling customer contracts.
• Ability to travel within the designated area (Colchester to start).
• Confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening abilities and a strong understanding of customer needs.
• Effective persuasion and rapport-building skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
