Field Sales Representative - MargateCoca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £27,500 and many compelling benefits.As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to the Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by building up existing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drink category. The customers you will be interacting with will vary, but they could include small independent convenience stores, licensed bars, restaurants and cafes. To give you an idea of how this field sales job would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to create first-class customer relationshipsPlan and prioritise for successTake solution-focused approaches to problemsHave an adaptable and positive mindset concerning change and customer needsTo succeed in this Field Sales Representative role, you will ideally have experience in sales in an FMCG, retail or similar environment, but this is not essential.
