Red Bull UK and Acosta Europe are looking for Strikers to join our team based across Tower Hamlets, London.Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will drive sales through availability and visibility of Red Bull soft drinks at the point of purchase. Your customer base will consist of independent convenience stores or major retailers in a defined territory. You will be responsible for maximising brand awareness and incremental sales through the effective use of data, prioritising actions in conjunction with the customer’s plans and highest yielding interventions. If you’re motivated byhitting targets, enjoy healthycompetition within a team setting, like to buildrelationships, and crave thefreedom to work in a role that allows you to take ownership ofyour customers from start to finish, then this is the job for you.Please note that you’ll need to live within, or be willing to relocate to, this territory and you’ll need a UK manual driving license to be eligible.

RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Be the face of our brand, forging unbreakable relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territoryVisit independent convenience retailers or major stores in your territory on a regular call cycleDeliver world class customer service to customers and internal/external stakeholdersMeet daily/weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targetsUse an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and drive the success of your territoryNegotiate increased space and maintain incremental displaysMaximise brand awareness, educate customers on new product opportunities, and implement in store activationsBreathe creativity into marketing initiatives with in-store execution and Point of Sale (POS)
Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the approved brief, and complete interventions, where necessary, to maintain complianceEnsure compliance of product availability on fixtures and chillers with correct prices displayedEnsure correct execution of all new product launchesFeedback recommendations for the improvement of key promotional activity
Ensure all response data is recorded accuratelyTake high quality photos of activity completed with concise descriptions
Provide insightful and actionable feedback on market intelligence/competitor activityProvide insightful feedback on any changes to retailer in store procedures/systemsKeep abreast of trends, news and information concerning the channel in which you are working
Understand and utilise intervention data to drive actionsUse data to determine dynamic in store visitsUtilise sales data, case studies and other material supplied to pre-sell upcoming activity to gain incremental stock orders and displaysADMINISTRATIONManage your journey plans in line with our briefing processEnsure point of sale and promotional material is available in sufficient quantities to meet customer’s needAttendance at monthly team meetings
Experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment, although we will consider applications from motivated individuals with experience from other sectors.
Be enthusiastic about our brand and have the drive and tenacity to succeed.
Be comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills along with strong interpersonal skills, including rapport building and influencing
Proven selling skills and commercial acumen along with being self-motivated, determined and target driven Travel 60-70%
