We are now looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team!About the jobIn this exciting role, you will be the face of AddSecure Smart Transport. You will be supported by a strong team and will bewill be responsible for discovering and driving new sales opportunities, maintaining and developing successful relationships, and pushing the sales cycle with a strong focus on revenue and growth.Additionally, you will be responsible for: Meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets. Managing the full sales cycles; from identifying new prospects to securing new opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals. Following sales best practices and monitoring/reporting on all sales activity through Salesforce. Maintaining a strong relationship with all potential and existing customers and effectively selling the broad portfolio of AddSecure solutions. Using your initiative and being proactive in coming forward with innovative ideas which could benefit the team and wider business. About youThe ideal candidate will be target driven and passionate about all things sales. You will bemotivated and ambitious with a pro-active and efficient way of working.In addition, you will have: Theability to work towards sales and KPI targets. Demonstrable B2B sales experience within, SaaS, Transport or Fleet. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written The ability to remain sales and data focused. Excellent commercial and business acumen. A confident and persuasive personality with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. High resilience, with the ability to handle objections. Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage your workload and multitask effectively. The drive to be a new business hunter with accomplished sales skills with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
