You’ll be someone able to sell on the door, at a sales event and market locally and online while building the brsk brand to drive uptake of our broadband services in the Bradford area.This is a field-based role and it would be ideal if you have experience in field sales ordoor-to-door sales. You'll be expected to be in the field driving sales in your area, we'd also love to see you in person on occasion for team meetings and updates.Job Purpose:As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling a range of state of the art new broadband and telecoms products to prospects in residential areas.Based in our Manchester regionon a day-to-day basisAble to consistently achieve set weekly and monthly activity and opportunity targetsShare ideas of other opportunities within the area to maximise the service uptakeCarry and exceed your own sales targets via face-to-face salesGenerating leads and gathering contact detailsUpdating customer records on the database, and maintaining your Sales Pipeline.Maintaining high standards of customer serviceUse objection handling techniques to your advantageKeeping the rest of the team up to date with relevant feedback and information from your areaExcellent communication skills at all levelsKey requirements:We are looking for people who have field sales or face to face service experienceExcellent awareness of the areaDemonstrate self-confidence, strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to persuadeEnthusiasm, a drive to succeed, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are key for this role.Excellent time management and organisational skillsExcellent communication skills at all levelsA drive for excellence and high attention to detail, a desire to learn and growDriving licence and own vehicleFull training in our 5 day Sales Training programmeA competitive salary (Upto £25k for experienced candidates who can display the above experience and behaviours.)An extra £2k added to your base salary as a travel allowance for non drivers and £3k for drivers26 days of holiday plus 8 public holidayAsk anyone in our team what they love about brsk and they'll say something like: "The team is full ofreally great people".And that's no accident.
