Altus Group have an opportunity for a Field-Sales Consultant to join our Expert Services Sales team, covering the Yorkshire and North East region. Working within commercial real estate industry, you will be tasked with attending pre-qualified appointments to meet with potential clients (either in person or virtually) to discuss their Business Rates expenditure and how Altus Group can assist them in reducing this. You will also cross-sell any other relevant products or services beneficial to the client that Altus Group provide. You will also cross-sell any other relevant products or services beneficial to the client that Altus Group provide.While this is a field-based role there will be some home working as required (administration etc) and you will be required to attend the Manchester office on an ad-hoc basis to meet with the Sales Leadership team and for various team events.Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional sales performance against agreed targetsAttend pre-qualified appointments, meet business decision makers and influencers and close sales for occupied ratings businessAchieve target conversion ratio (SQLs to Clients)Deliver informative and consultative advice to clientsIdentify cross selling opportunities and sell additional Altus Group services to clientsWhen appropriate self-generate opportunities across existing client portfoliosEnsure the accurate completion of all contract paperwork and facilitate client onboarding to the Government GatewayTrack and follow up with clients on unclosed businessKey Qualifications:Previous experience in a field-based sales role is essentialAll industries will be consideredSoftware: MS Office & SalesforceCommunication and influencing skills Relationship-building
