You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to deliver local acquisition and engagement tactics including content, industry events, content syndication, webinars and other tactics.The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution and optimisation of field marketing activity in UK and EU developing campaigns across channels including digital marketing and high-touch executive events. The individual will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, have impeccable attention to detail, and will have a track record of on-time delivery of projects. If you’re looking to join a dynamic, growing team in a high-impact role, this is a great fit for you.Key job responsibilities• Develop marketing campaigns to reach and engage c-suite and senior decision makers through bespoke, 1-to-1 and 1-to-few initiatives.• Engage customers using bespoke marketing channels like Webinars, Direct Mail, and Executive Engagement Events.• Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners.• Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:London, GBRBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams- • Experience in Enterprise Marketing including lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer lifecycle marketing.- Experience in Event marketing, including high-touch executive meetings.- 3 years managing end to end field marketing experience.- Bachelors degree or equivalent.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Experience in B2B SaaS Marketing or B2C Integrated Marketing Communications.- Experience in designing and executing Field Marketing programs to drive lead generation like Webinars, Direct Email, Executive Engagement events, 3rd Party events, Sponsorships and Fulfillment Center tours for senior executivesAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
