We are seeking a highly motivated Field Care Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in our mission to provide outstanding care to our clients.

As Field Care Supervisor, you will work closely with the Registered Manager and Head of Governance. You will be the main point of contact for staff and service users, delivering supervision to staff each month, checking their competencies and completing regular visits to service users to ensure they are well cared for and happy with the service they are receiving.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Supervision and mentorship of staff including ensuring good induction and mentorship of new lead carers within the area which you work

* Supporting the Registered Manager to ensure the service meets CQC Regulations.

* Ensuring the smooth running of care packages by visiting clients and other external stakeholders

* Creating and modifying care plans and risk assessments for the individuals and supporting audit of care placements

* Feeding back to Registered Manager, Quality Manager and Clinical Services Manager weekly regarding care of each individual.

* Writing reports to aid successful placements

* Supporting the delivery of high-quality care at all times

* Develop and maintain key relationships with individuals that we support and their families

Qualifications and Experience:

* QCF Level 4 in Health and Social Care or level 3 with exceptional career experience

* Previous experience in community care desirable.

* Experience within adult and children’s services.

* Experience of working within a team as a senior carer/team leader and able to coach and train others.

* Strong understanding of regulations and standards.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

* Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to improving the lives of others.

* A valid UK driving license is desirable.
