As a Field Care Supervisor, you will travel across South Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, Tewksbury visiting our clients and care workers, completing the initial assessment, and carrying out care plan reviews. You will be working alongside other healthcare professionals, as well as liaising with clients and their families.
What you will be doing
Carry out duties to enable BHC to continue to comply with, and meet all standards relevant to national regulation and local authority requirements.
Carry out the initial Care Plan assessments for new Service Users.
To carry out monthly audits on Service Users' files, MAR charts and communication logs.
