FI UK Account Executive

The Role:
Manage relationships and assist in the process of insurance placements with the insurance market Assist in the preparation of client and prospect presentations considering the impact of client profitability Support relationships with underwriters in London and international markets Participate in information gathering exercises. An understanding of all relevant broking support systems. Work closely and maintain working relationships with key market contacts (and the Broking Team) as required. Responsible for the delivery of quality documentation in respect of insurance placements Responsible for compliance procedures for total client base Liaise with technical & processing teams in Ipswich and Mumbai Build relationships with Ipswich based Service Team Leaders Prepare client packs and carrier documentation, such as marketing packs, request for proposal, stewardship and client feedback reports and renewal documentation, for own clients and, if required, for Account Executive and/or LRM Identify and handover cross selling and referral opportunities to Account Executive and/or LRM
The Requirements:Ability to understand a client or prospect’s business, situations, opportunities, problems andkey issuesPreferably Certificate of Insurance qualified or working towards the CII qualificationPreferably educated to A level standard or relevant industry experienceExperienced technicianFamiliar with the London insurance market practicesIntermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)Preferable experience of use and management of broking systems appropriate to own office(PPL, Eclipse)Experience in supporting client serviceExperience in delivering applicable compliance standards with client service teamsKnowledge of the global insurance marketSome technical knowledge of insurance policies in areas appropriate to own business unitEqual Opportunity EmployerAt WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
