At the cutting edge of fast fashion, our client is a global design and manufacturing business with its headquarters in the heart of London. They have been established for over 30 years and are an expanding business with a worldwide client base. We are supporting them with their exciting growth plans and are looking for a Senior Print Manager/Designer to join the team and manage a team of 3. Key responsibilities: Design commercial prints across our ladieswear and kids wear departments.Develop Print artworks from initial concepts.Developing seasonal colour palettes for the season aheadWork closely with the senior management team looking at priorities in weekly management meetings so we can deliver timely.Deliver print trends/ stories to our clientsBuild relationships up with buyers to showcase our print departmentShop report and bring print intel to the table sharing flashes and must have prints.Manage the print work load weekly and prioritise in the room.Present monthly to our sales team and design team show and tell.Manage print hit rate.Manage print studio budget and buy with conviction so we can enhance our current range.Manage graphic/print freelancers.Drive print trends through to the design team and sales.Responsible for print budgets and sourcing authentic inspiration
Requirements: Min of 6-8 years’ industry experience within a print role with some management experienceWorked with a very broad commercial client base across ladies and children’s’ wearHigh level of experience presenting to clients and retailers.Drive trends and excite the client enhancing the print reputation to be leaders for print design.Demonstrate confidence and conviction in Show and tell meetings.Preferably have sustainable knowledge on fabric and printTeam player and communication skills are essential.An understanding of commercial high-street fashion prints.A strong eye for colour, trend awareness and collating seasonal print stories.Enjoy working in a fast paced environment on multiple accounts.Be a flexible, proactive, accountable and enthusiastic characterFor more information contact Jodie Howell – please ensure we receive 3 or 4 jpegs of work along with your application.We regret due to a high volume of applications, if you don’t hear from us within 72 hours your application has been unsuccessful
