The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding visual solutions and mentoring junior designers. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s brand identity and ensuring consistency across all design assets.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives and align with brand guidelines.To create visually engaging designs for various projects, including but not limited to; website graphics, branding materials, marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, etc.), social media graphics, email campaigns, presentation decks, digital assets and other visual content.Take ownership of multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered on time.Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.Detail-oriented with a passion for typography, color theory, and layout design.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers and interns, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.This is a full-time office role based in Loughton/Debden. We regret that only suitable candidates will be contacted, if you don’t hear from us within 72 hours unfortunately you haven’t been successful.We can only consider candidates with a right to work in the UK
