Fe Resources Arabic Linguist & Assistant English As A Foreign Language Tutor

Salary & Hours
£180 - £220 per day.
15-day contract, 3 times a year (scheduled for April, August and December - dates variable, until Apr 2027), 2-3 week notice given of date variations.
FE Resources is looking for someone to deliver a compact 'refresher' English language course at B1 &B2 level to Arabic speaking adult learners, with an emphasis on speaking, comprehension and vocabulary in preparation for their onward training.
English language support during curriculum lessons and visits - assist with communications where necessary between students and training staff.
Daily routine:
Working as a team with the project lead to deliver up to 3 hours of English language lessons.
English language support during other scheduled events to assist with any language barriers to effective learning.
Assisting project lead in day-to-day delivery planning, lesson preparation and marking of tests and homework.
Requirements:
Must hold SC Clearance
Right to work in the UK.
Arabic Language. First language or second language at CEFR C1 or C2 level.
English Language. First language or second language at C1 or C2 with good knowledge of slang and colloquialisms.
ESOL/EFL/teaching experience or willingness to deliver English as a foreign language at B1/B2 level. (If English is a second language, the applicant will concentrate on the translation, speaking, listening and reading sessions. Grammar lessons may be included as appropriate.)
Arabic cultural awareness.
Accommodation provided if required, with associated subsistence allowance.
