DescriptionJob title: Head of Cyber and InformationLocation: Warton, Bristol, Gloucester. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary:  110,000 - 120,000 depending on skills & experience + Benefits Package What you’ll be doing: Championing and leading the transition to Secure by Design for FCAS Security Assisting the FCAS Head of Security in designing, delivering and developing a new FCAS Cyber team within the wider holistic FCAS Security teamProviding advice and guidance to FCAS Senior Management Team on matters of Cyber Leading and supporting the team to deliver emerging technologies, systems and solutionsMaintaining up to date knowledge of current and future threats along with new and emerging technologies, systems, methods, and capabilities to influence future strategies/working practicesDriving development and deployment of systems and applications to meet business requirementsTraveling both domestically and internationally to interface with senior stakeholdersYour skills and experiences: Essential:An understanding of emerging cyber requirements and cyber security threatsA broad and comprehensive technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and technologiesExceptional understanding of government and industry standard security policy, standards and best practice guidanceProven track record in overseeing and executing pivotal cybersecurity teams and projectsExpertise in cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders and adeptly managing and nurturing personnel growth and developmentDesirable:Professional IT Security qualification such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) / Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)Benefits:You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. This team covers all aspects of security from physical, personnel and product security to cyber and supply chain.
