Designgarmentsbased on an understanding of our brand missionand automotive heritage.Conduct thorough research and analysis for each product and season, curating innovative mood boards and trend forecasts that resonate with our audience.Continuously push creative boundaries in collaboration with our small team, ensuring designs remain true to our brand’s identity while exploring new avenues to engage our audience.Lead the development of product collections that seamlessly align with our brand’s design ethos and overarching vision.Ability to work independently and maintain a high level oforganisationand attention to detail.Collaborate closely withco-founders to create comprehensive tech packs and notes, ensuring precise execution of all designs.Skills and Experience RequiredCAD Skills (Illustrator and Photoshop literate).Ability to producedetailed and accurate tech packs to provide direct tofactories.Good sewing machine skills and knowledge(preferred, but not required)Excellent knowledge on garment construction and fabric compositions.
