Farm Worker/Forklift Operator

Connect Appointments is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a Farm Worker/Forklift Operator to join our esteemed client in the Kinross area.

This role prioritises candidates with a robust farming background and proficiency in operating various farming implements and machinery - although not essential as full training is provided. Individuals with PA1/PA2 are encouraged to apply.

What's on offer? A full-time position working Monday to Friday.

Working as a Farm Worker/FLT Operator your duties will include:

• Irrigation
• Mowing
• Harvesting
• Soil Screening
• Loading Trucks (Turf, Soil, Bark)

To be successful within this role you will have a valid driver's license, and a current up-to-date FLT. Other beneficial skills, traits and experience includes:

• Strong farming background with hands-on experience in agricultural operations
• Competency in operating tractors and familiarity with a range of farming implements
• Sound knowledge of farming practices and techniques
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to follow instructions effectively
