Salary :£65,000- £75,000 Benefits: 25 days holiday, plus Bank holidays- Company benefits Job DescriptionSyntech Recruitment are currently recruiting for this fantastic opportunity, working with one of our trusted and established clients This position will include building and maintaining relationships with customers, account management, negotiation and the end-end commercial activities within the Far East regionDuties and Responsibilities Complete ownership of the Far East market sector including key accounts in Japan, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore Negotiating and wining strategically important businessBuilding and maintaining key relationshipsWorking with new and existing contracts Leading a team, team management Account reviews and bid reviewsNegotiate changes to contracts including terms up to authority levels and in accordance with terms agreedCommercial matters associated with the customer transactions Risk managementExperience of dealing with Deal structures, Contract structures and schedules Experience of handling negotiations in the Far EastDealing with customers where English is not their first languageStrong understanding of pricing and contract structuresLegal awareness of contractual obligationsExperience of manipulating and interrogating MRP systemsNegotiating termsWilling to undertake International business travelAbout youEx Military Background would be ideal Educated to a degree levelStrong commercial awareness Team playerExcellent people management skillsLooking for career development Application Process: We aim to respond to all applicants within 5 working days.
