Fantastic Interim Legal Director for leading UK Blue-Chip company – Excellent package!
We are working with one of the UK’s leading blue-chip companies, FTSE Company, in their search for an interim Legal Director. This is a truly fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high growth and commercial environment with super interesting work!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide advice and support the Board with all company law and regulatory matters.
Lead the Legal, Governance and Compliance teams ensuring a high level of advice is given to stakeholders.
Act as a strong leader who is respected, supportive and encourages learning and development within the team.
An expert at making confident legal versus commercial risk decisions.
Ability to influence a wide and diverse range of stakeholders.
Develop relationships and credibility with key members of the business.
SKILLSET:
Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 8-10 years PQE in a law firm or in-house. Ideally you have have experience of working at Legal Director level
Recent experience working within a consumer-focussed business.
Solid corporate, commercial experience.
Experience managing a team with a genuine interest in developing the team.
Must thrive on working as a team, in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
