THE ROLE: FAMILY SOLICITOR/CHARTERED LEGAL EXECUTIVE

FULL-TIME, PART-TIME/HYBRID

Our clients are looking for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their family law team based in their Hoddesdon office.
The successful Candidate will be expected to manage their own caseload to include: divorce, dissolution, financial issues arising out of the divorce or dissolution, Cohabitation agreements, Separation agreements, Private law Children Act proceedings, TOLATA proceedings and pre and post nuptial agreements.
You will have the opportunity to carry out your own advocacy at court hearings as well as briefing counsel; and be well supported by the firm's management team to help you grow your career and expertise.
The ideal candidate will have around 5+ post qualification years experience (although will accept those with less or more yrs pqe who have had the relevant experience), working in a family law department and must be prepared to take on a busy case load and leadership role within the firm.
