Family Solicitor

An enthusiastic Family Solicitor required to join our Head office in Central London. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis. The candidate must be a qualified Solicitor of more than three years and has experience in dealing with Family Legal Aid matters.We have a Legal Aid Agency contract for Family and also have a large private client base.There will be a competitive salary package and excellent career development opportunities for the successful solicitor.You will be a Family Law panel member although we are also considering candidates who are not members but have comprehensive knowledge of Legal Aid.You will have experience of supervising a small team.You will have excellent client care skills.Responsibilities will include:The successful candidate will be handling a varied and interesting caseload involving divorce and separation, financial remedy, co-habitation, children matters, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and domestic violence.The successful person will be required to have experience in all areas of family law work, Social Services & childcare Proceedings, Care, Child arrangements and Ancillary Relief and have or be able to attract their own following.
