Family Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Family Solicitor to join a specialist and reputable legal practice with a great presence in Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire. They are seeking a Solicitor who is keen to join a dynamic and vibrant working environment, where staff wellbeing and development are at the forefront.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling a varied caseload of Private Family matters. They will also be comfortable building relationships with new and existing clients and will be able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a busy team.

Duties will include:

• Managing own caseload.
• Advising on a variety of privately funded family matters.
• Develop existing caseload in divorce, finance and private children matters.
• Drafting legal documentation to include Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements.
• Drafting various Court Applications.
• Be actively involved in marketing and business development activities.
