Job DescriptionVacancy Description: Paralegal – Family Dept. (Public Law Team) Location: BoltonHours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.We have a vacancy for a Family Paralegal to work in our busy Family Law Department.The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Family Law department. Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided. Job roleWorking within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:• Arranging appointments and meetings• Telephone contact with clients and outside agencies• Diary management• Database work• Prepare bundles• Client contact• Use of CCMS would be an advantage• Opportunity to progress for right candidate Skills Required • Excellent communication and telephone skills• Ability to work independently• Use of own initiative• Good time management skills• Good presentation and organisational skills • Ability to work as part of a team• Good IT SkillsFirm Details The traditions and values, which first established this firm as an early pioneer of legal services continues to serve us well today.
