My client is a national firm and they are seeking a career focused and driven individual to join their Family law team team as an experienced Solicitor. You will be working with a team of likeminded individuals that are at the forefront of their legal field. A snippet of your responsibilities:
Handle your own private family law caseload from start to completion and also handle your own advocacy
The caseload will handle, but is not limited to, divorce, financial remedy, co-habitation and pre-nuptial agreements, private law children and injunction files
From time to time you will be required to assist with public children advocacy
