Family Law Solicitor

We have been instructed on a high-level solicitor position within a nationally respected firm looking for high quality solicitor with an extensive background in family law. This is a rare opportunity to jointly lead the family offering of the firm as a partner, with equity opportunities available for the right individual.

This role is for an ideally 10 year PQE solicitor to join a Partner eager to embed within this dynamic and distinguished Solicitors.

You will be supporting families with financial remedy, divorce and separation; advising upon and drafting prenuptial agreements and matters pertaining to residence and contact for dependents.

You will have the support of eager trainee solicitors from the UK's best graduate schemes that you will be responsible for leading and developing their legal careers.

All applicants must possess the following to be considered:

• At least a degree, 2:1 and above

• Recognised professional qualification as a Solicitor entitling the role-holder to practice in England & Wales.

• Current Practicing Certificate from the Law Society

• Evidence of continuing professional development in family law
