Are you looking for a role that will make a real long-term difference to people's lives? If yes, then read on.
You'll be providing advice, and practical assistance to victims of domestic abuse involved in Family & Civil proceedings and will attend court, in person or remotely, to represent and/or assist the clients.

ABOUT YOU:

• You will have relevant experience of working directly with civil, family courts and victims of domestic abuse.
• You need to be recognised and Accredited Legal Training [ Solicitor, Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal], and ongoing regulation in Family Law.
• You need to have strong, up to date, legal knowledge to enable fast and effective signposting and advice.
• You will be required to maintain up to date and relevant case notes and database entries.
