Job Title: Factory Supervisor

Salary: �40,000

Looking for a Factory Manager with experience in people management and implementing processes for a leading MMC Steel fabrication company who supply to the UK and Europe highly technical building systems. Working in a for a large national employer in a fast-paced environment ensuring continuous improvement and Health and Safety standards within the Production line of Cold Rolled Steel frames and components, motivating and reviewing employee's performance regularly.

Your responsibilities as a Factory Supervisor:

• Helping out with the day-to-day management on the shop floor
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Implementing measures
• Motivating staff
• Review quality on a regular basis
• Offer training and mentoring to staff members
• Performance management, coaching and team development

We would welcome conversations with Factory Supervisors who:

• Have worked as a supervisor/manager in a factory environment
• Can demonstrate experience Implementing measures
• Possess a strong-minded approach
• Have previously worked in a fast-paced production environment
• Lead by example
