Working pattern:
This role is based on site, 35 hours per week.

The role: We are looking for a Factory Quality Manager for Corby.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of quality and food safety in the factory, mainly ensuring strict compliance with the Weetabix Standard for Food Safety, the Weetabix Quality Management System (WQMS), and meeting BRC, legal, and customer requirements.
The Recipe:
Build and promote a proactive Food Safety Culture and actively share best practices.
Coach teams on quality and food safety standards to ensure full understanding and accurate implementation in alignment with company procedures and systems.
Drive quality improvement through effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action, reviewing trend data, leading projects, and implementing Food Safety Initiatives. Develop, implement, and maintain new procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders (SOPs, quality checks, quality and food safety documentation).
Lead WSFS, BRC, and Retailer audits for the factory, and oversee the internal audit program. This includes addressing non-conformance issues with effective corrective actions and closure.
Handle daily quality issues, provide recommendations, and escalate as necessary. Manage food safety incidents, including stock holds, collating timelines, making recommendations, facilitating RCA, and implementing corrective action.
Supervise factory hygiene through inspections, collaboration with Cleaning & Pest Contractors, planning shutdown cleans, and implementing corrective actions. This also involves managing the pest control program.
Conduct complaint investigations, including trend analysis, RCA, and implementation of corrective actions.
Provide support for factory trials to ensure that quality and food safety standards are maintained.
Manage equipment calibration.

Bonus :
7.5%
