Factoring Officer

Peace Recruitment are working with a well-regarded public sector organisation to source an experienced Factoring Officer for a 1 year fixed term contract. The main duties of the role are;
Customer satisfaction. Engaging and supporting management of repairs where the organisation has mutual ownership. Estate management Compliance Adhering to factoring code of conduct Arranging and attending tenant meetings
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in factoring and be aware of all relevant legislation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great organisation based in North and East Edinburgh. My client work a hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home but you would be required to attend meeting and site visits when needed.
