You will get to focus on creating valuable relations with current and new customers and work with highly professional teams in an environment where you will be valued, recognized and well rewarded.You will work with amazing and diverse colleagues with a deep sense of commitment to live Our Values and together, go all the way for our customers, society and for each other.Job Description:As Facilities Support Manager, You are required to provide Facilities support to the Maersk Facilities Management Team.This role is based at the East Midlands Gateway site with travel to other sites as required with the occasional requirement to work outside of normal working hours.Specific ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of all Facilities services always maintaining both compliance and Maersk Facilities standards.Be the point of contact for all site users regarding their facilities requirements.Report and see through to successful completion all remedial repairs.Manage local site Facilities cost tracking, delivery and always ensure best value.Manage and support the control of contractors whilst on site, ensuring they maintain safe working practices and always align with Maersk HSSE policies and procedures.Support the management of all FM service providers ensuring they meet the agreed service level expectations. Escalating any service issues appropriately in a timely manner.Attend Service provider audits, tracking audit findings and progress to completion. Working with suppliers to ensure agreed service levels are delivered.Attend Monthly and quarterly site service meetings as agreed. Meetings will be with Contractors, suppliers engaged in delivering FM services for the site.With the support of others, manage all FM administration relating to the site.Person Specification:Technical skills:IOSH managing safely.IWFM membership / Engineering experience.Managing FM compliance.Environmental and quality standards experience.Budgetary, cost and reporting experience.Good standard of knowledge of MS packages.Cleaning and catering delivery experience.Soft skills:Organised and able to prioritise workload.Clear communication skills with the ability to communicate up and down stream effectively.Conscientious approach to work requirements.Able to manage and work with others (staff, contractors and suppliers).Flexibility with a can-do attitude.Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
