We are recruiting an assistant facilities manager / facilities�supervisor for a global FM service delivery provider.�
The Role:
FM manager on exclusively on a recently extended (3 years) TFM contract covering 40 client sites across the UK, covered by 5 M&E engineers plus sub-contractors.�
The contract incorporates hard (M&E) and soft (cleaning, grounds maintenance) services. M&E maintenance is covered in house but specialist / niche work (grounds / water treatment / lifts) are sub-contracted out.�
You will also be responsible for:
Flexible working is allowed and you will be able to manage your own diary. Your location is not important provided you can travel to the Leeds office a few times a week.��

The Person:
It is essential that you have experience within FM service delivery in a client facing maintenance role and have experience of managing KPI's, SLA's and compliance.�
It is NOT essential that you have a hard services trade qualification.�
The Salary:
Salary is up to �42,500 + Ford Mondeo Estate (automaic)�+ fuel card + 25�days holiday + 3%/5% pension + healthcare benefits
