Facilities Project Manager - EnglandJob Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Facilities Project Manager to oversee the management and procurement of site maintenance materials, planning, implementation, and completion of various facilities projects within our organization.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional project management skills, and a thorough understanding of facilities management principles. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.As a core team member and principal contact, you will work directly with stakeholders and the senior management team, attending regular discussion groups.Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination:Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timelines, resources, and budgetary requirements.Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and establish clear objectives.Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.Resource Management:Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project completion.Collaborate with procurement teams to acquire necessary materials, equipment, and services.Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve favourable terms and conditions.Team Leadership:Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Budget Management;Develop and maintain project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to optimize project finances.Prepare regular budget and forecast reports for senior management stakeholders.Quality Assurance:Establish quality standards and ensure adherence to specifications throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct inspections and audits to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality and meet project requirements.Communication and Reporting:Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, both internally and externally.Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and key milestones.Facilitate effective communication channels amongst project team members to promote transparency and collaboration.Company Description Title: Facilities Project ManagerLocation: Heathrow AirportSalary:
