Receptionist
£12.00 per hour
Rochdale
Monday to Friday
6 month contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a receptionist with an excellent share worked space facility in Rochdale.
A  professional receptionist is needed to cover the front desk for a 6 month contract
Reception experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:



  • Meeting and greeting clients.

  • Booking meetings.

  • Keeping the reception area tidy.

  • Answering and forwarding phone calls.

  • Screening phone calls.

  • Sorting and distributing post.

  • Key holder


Skills and Experience:



  • Previous experience working in a corporate reception role

  • Must be customer focused

  • Confident in delivering exceptional services in all circumstances

  • Well-organised

  • Thrives in an environment where providing solutions is key to success, demonstrating creativity to problem solving

  • Friendly and polite maintains pride in personal appearance,

  • Ability to react quickly, and prioritise needs in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player, supports all colleagues to achieve with a 'One Team' focus

  • Efficient Self-motivated IT literate Good communication skills - both written and verbal
