Are you a Facilities Manager looking for the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established real estate business are currently looking for the next leader in FM to join their growing team. As the successful candidate you will have strong customer service skills, knowledge of hard and soft FM services and be able to manage your own service charge budget. As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for managing a mixed-use portfolio of high-end properties throughout central London.Key Duties Overseeing a portfolio of residential, commercial and retail properties from Grade II listed buildings to brand new modern developments.Responsible for tenant and landlord engagementOverseeing both hard and soft FM servicesDay to day operational FM duties - managing PPM's and reactive maintenance works, dealing with tenant and landlord queries and managing the service providers.Working towards 100% compliance & ensuring health and safety standards are being adhered toResponsible for multiple service charge budgetsPackage Salary £45,000 - 55,000 + Bonus25 days holiday + bank holidaysAdditional support for progression and training to achieve promotions.Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
