Facilities Manager

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Facilities Manager based in Bristol - this is on a contract basis for a minimum of 2 months, with the potential to go longer.

Salary: £435 per day

The Role:
Lead and Manage diverse Facilities Management and property function - Hard and Soft FM, Asset Delivery Property Development and Commercial Estate
To provide confident leadership and clear management to ensure succesful delviery
Maintain up to date knowledge of the relevant legislation
To ensure that services are delivered to relevant industry standards
The Successful Candidate:
Demonstrable record of delivering cost effective, high quality Facilities Management and Property in the private or public sector
Ability to manage third party suppliers/contractors effectively to fully deliver their obligations
Ability to effectively plan and deliver complex projects and programs.
Ability to lead and manage, inspiring and motivating people across a whole service.
