University of London, the birthplace of long-distance learning, are looking for a Facilities Manager to join their forward-thinking team.

The famous Art Deco Senate House. This well-known Grade II* listed building is based in the heart of Bloomsbury, London, where you will spend your working week whilst also overseeing the University’s unique portfolio.
Due to its imposing architecture, Senate House is also popular within the film and television industries, you may even recognise it from movies such as, Batman and Fast and Furious 6.
You will be in a key position within the management of the University of London Estate, whilst reporting into the Head of Facilities Management. Acting as an FM business partner between stakeholders and contractors ensuring effective working relationships.
The University have over £1million in facilities and operational contracts. You will be responsible for effectively managing all contracts and suppliers as well as the overall Facilities Management function for a set of buildings and precinct areas.
If you’re a customer-focused Facilities Manager with experience in contract management and day-to-day soft services, this role is an exciting opportunity for you to work on a diverse multi-site property portfolio, whilst supporting the University’s directions and initiatives.
