Title: Facilities Manager (Post, Archives & Print Services)
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £32,000
Hours: Days (37.5 hours per week)

Our client is looking for a skilled Facilities Manager to be responsible for all Post and Archives Services as well as the Reprographics Area within one of their busy sites in Birmingham.
Candidate Responsibilities:
The onsite team cover a variety of roles these include sorting and scanning incoming post/packages for delivery to onsite and offsite employees, franking external mail and distributing mail to the relevant departments
Managing the Archives department and distributing work accordingly
Overseeing all the above processes making sure timeframes and SLAs are met
Assisting with enquires and administration within the department and be able to work in all areas so you can train and lead your team
Managing the Reprographics Area, operating the print machines
Organising daily team meetings and attending weekly meetings
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
Post Room and Archiving experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High level of commitment and attention to detail
Previous experience working in a Managerial capacity
Good working knowledge of Reprographics equipment
