The right candidate will be pivotal to our Cycas Hospitality's success and we are committed to providing a competitive package that reflects the candidate's skills and responsibilities.As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our facilities, including but not limited to, building maintenance, grounds maintenance, security, and health & safety. You will ensure that the facility is running smoothly at all times and that all safety standards and regulations are met.Responsibilities:Ensure that all facility maintenance and repair needs are met promptly and efficientlyManage the safety of the building and grounds, including the implementation of safety procedures and regulationsDevelop and implement security protocols to protect the facility and its contentsManage and coordinate the activities of the facility staffDevelop and manage the facility budgetEnsure that the facility is compliant with all applicable laws and regulationsDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractorsDevelop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costsRequirements:Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience) in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field2+ years of experience in facilities management or a related fieldStrong knowledge of safety protocols and regulationsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWe offer a competitive salary plus common benefits associated with similar positions in the Travel & Tourism, Facilities Management, and Engineering industries, including but not limited to: medical insurance, pension plan, sick pay, and holiday pay.If you have the required qualifications and are looking for an opportunity to join a successful team, please apply now!
