Facilities Manager Ref: 28738 London
We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Facilities Manager to join our great team based in London, United Kingdom.
To ensure the provision of efficient, consistent, and effective operational management of the contract.
Responsibilities to include:
Operational management, of internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring quality of services provided are continually improved and exceed customer expectations.
Implement best practice procedures in line with company policy and client specific standards including, QHSEW and technical standards, in support of Safety first - going home safe and well.
Supply Chain Management, to ensure a high level of service is achieved through robust management of suppliers and measurement of performance.
Ensure appropriate contract governance and leadership across the managed facilities.
Work with Macro colleagues to source, propose and agree solutions to meet the needs of the client in relation to project works & energy recommendations, sharing innovations that may lead to enhancement of the workplace.
Financial management and budget responsibility along with financial reporting.
Preparation and presentation of monthly/quarterly reports.
Business development. Identify and pursue opportunities for and with Macro.
Oversee triaging of tickets using the CAFM system advising the client of any trends and recommend changes.
Chair weekly operational meetings with the managed contractors, monitoring compliance with statutory and legislative requirements, including audits, validation of supplier quotes, snagging and tracking projects though to completion, monitoring of O&M manual updates, life cycle asset management and adherence to contact requirements.
Advise senior management of any perceived risks and mitigation actions.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Previous FM experience.
Good leader of teams, communicator, and team player.
Driven with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Experience of change management .
Experience working in banking/wealth asset management sector would be preferred but not essential.
Customer focused approach.
Experience of working across EMEA.
