You are a Facilities Management expert who takes great pride in overseeing and developing the buildings you manage.

As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of seven including cleaning and maintenance operatives. This would include involvement in recruitment, training and appraisals. You will coordinate functions with external contractors, managing aspects such as fire safety, health & safety, security, and maintenance projects.
Using your facilities expertise, you will oversee a two-site operation located close to each other, with interesting new projects in the pipeline, allowing you to leverage your decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
This role suits an experienced facilities professional looking to bring their expertise to a new position or an Assistant Facilities Manager eager to step into a more senior role.
Crucially, we are seeking an individual with the ability to guide and inspire the team, providing a clear vision and prioritising the needs of internal stakeholders and working within a budget.
This full-time role is based in the Eastleigh area, conveniently located near transport links, providing free car parking, and offering access to a pool car.
