As Facilities Manager you will play a key role in providing functional, comfortable and the safe and sustainable operation of all our permanent operating centres (Head Office, two Logistic Centres and Manufacturing facility as well as the site set up of welfare facilities for our newly secured projects.

You will develop and implement processes and procedures necessary to provide a first class FM service!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing building maintenance and support services such as cleaning, catering, hospitality, security parking
  • Inputting into the design stages of a project and identifying future maintenance issues.
  • Liaising with site management and contractors
  • Coordinating refurbishments and renovations
  • Ensuring buildings meet health and safety and energy efficiency standards.
  • Resourcing and managing a team.

We're Looking For:

  • BSc (or similar) in Facilities Management
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar position with a construction/facilities services contractor.
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
  • Experience working with Senior Management teams.
  • Experience of setting up new welfare facilities for construction projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety within construction.
  • Good understanding of IT solutions.
