Facilities Management Estimator

Lift Recruitment are working with a leading Facilities Management company, based in South Wales, and they are looking for a permanent Facilities Management Estimator to join their existing team. This is a permanent role from day 1 and is not agency work. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to take their first steps into management.
Day to day duties will include: Delivery of quotations from site surveysEnsuring quotations are accurate and are in line with expected profit marginsAnalysing drawings and professional specificationsYou will be working both on site and in the office-a company vehicle will be provided for your travel
Hours of work/Rate of pay: You will be working 40 hours a weekYou will be working daysYou will be paid 30,000 per annum Experience: You must have previous experience or have practical skills in carpentry, roofing or groundworks
