Facilities Management Desk Administrator

Padstone require a keen and experienced office-based administrator with some M&E knowledge to start a temp-perm role for a construction firm in Medway.

Role Responsibilities:

  • General administration of desk/office.
  • Supporting FM Team
  • Maintaining document Trackers - Excel
  • Scheduling work for Engineers
  • Uisng CRM System
  • Communicating with FM Clients.
  • Managing quotations
  • Purchasing materials.
  • Manage & coordinate sign-offs.
  • Run reports.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • Basic Knowledge of Facilities Management
  • Competent computer and communication skills
  • Excellent Administration Experience
  • Patience and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
